The stadium got built on the terrains of the national railroad company SNCF, and came at a cost of \u20ac80 million.<\/p>\n<p>Stade Oceane opened with a match between Havre AC and Lille (1-2). The stadium\u2019s most characteristic feature is its bright blue exterior and roof that light up at night.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"how-to-get-to-stade-oceane\">How to get to Stade Oceane<\/h3>\n<p>Stade Oc\u00e9ane is located toward the east of the city of Le Havre, roughly 3.5 kilometres from Le Havre&#8217;s city centre and the main railway station.<\/p>\n<p>The stadium lies adjacent to the RD6015, one of the main access roads that leads into the city from the A131 in the east.<\/p>\n<p>From the city centre you\u00a0can catch <a href=\"http:\/\/www.transports-lia.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bus<\/a> 2 to get to the stadium (e.g. from Cath\u00e9drale). Take the bus in the direction of Soquence and get off at stop Dr Lamaze, which is next to the old Stade Jules-Deschaseaux. Cross the RD6015 to get to the stadium.<\/p>\n<p>From the main railway station you\u00a0can get bus 5 toward Graville. Get off at stop Champs Bar\u00eats, which is a short walk from Stade Oceane. Alternatives are bus 9 toward Gournay (stop Dr Lamaze) or bus 4 toward Graville (stop A.
